• To prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc)
• To check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• To maintain the clean-up and highest level of sanitation in the kitchen
• To perform all duties assigned by the chefs
• To perform team work
