Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations this includes coordinating schedules, managing appointments, arranging transportation.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as managing calls, messages, expenses.
  • Help plan and organise social events, family gatherings.
  • Arrange travel plans including flight and hotel bookings, and coordinate transportation.
  • Manage household devices or communication tools when required (e.g., phones).
  • Support with health and wellness needs such as scheduling medical appointments or coordinating fitness activities.
  • Assist with children’s schedules and activities if needed.
  • Take care of other ad-hoc or miscellaneous tasks such as arranging home maintenance.
  • Any other task assign.
