About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s fastest growing wholesale digital bank. Our Digital Asset Business unit has been providing banking products and services to Web3 companies to support their growth and operations.

Building upon our success with local Web3 companies, we are setting up another Digital Asset team to expand our business into new Asian markets. We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Team Leader to partner us in this exciting growth journey.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement sales strategies to solicit and develop new accounts to expand GLDB’s client base in the Digital Assets space.
Facilitate account opening applications, deposits and fund transfers, and proactively manage and monitor accounts performances.
Ensure strict adherence to internal credit and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML / KYC / CDD risk assessments for client profiles.
Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications.
Understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products.
Represent Business Unit in ad hoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, industry landscaping to contribute to Bank’s success.
Stay informed about market trends regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to effectively educate and inform clients.

Requirements

Ability to speak Korean / Japanese to communicate with native customers.

Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience companies specializing in blockchain technology / digital payment / digital assets.

Strong industry and market network among Web3 landscape.

Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management.

Proficient in handling enquires relating to AML, KYC, CDD, and credit structuring.

Analytical and a problem solver.

Energetic, customer service oriented.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player.
