Daily on
ground assessment to plan, schedule and execute all work
requirements

Ability to lead, manage and work with a team of
Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaners
Point of contact for service request, feedbacks & all
contractual requirements
Ability to provide
resolution to all operation related matter
Customer liaison on service level and performance
standards
Ability to handle both operational
and administrative requirements
Develop work
methodology and staff training
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of
related working experience & knowledge in the cleaning
industries
Knowledge of cleaning contract
requirements
Knowledge of WHS and its
credentials
Strong leadership, problem-solving
and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise command and
control
Meticulous to details in meeting
company's requirement
Good communication
skills with professional email etiquette
Strong analytical and readiness in a fast paced
environment
Able to work independently and
multi task
Self-motivated, responsible,
positive work attitude and a team player
Ability to plan, manage and execute work
effectively
PC Knowledge and Smart Devices
savvy
Valid Class 3
