UI Developer - AngularJS & Angular Migration

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with over 5 years of

experience in front-end development, specializing in AngularJS

(v1.5-1.8) and Angular migration projects. The successful candidate

will be responsible for maintaining and modernizing legacy UI

components, ensuring high performance, usability, and compliance

with government standards. This role is based onsite at a Singapore

government client location, where development work is performed on

a secure, air-gapped machine with no internet connectivity.

Candidates must be comfortable working in such environments and

adhering to strict security

protocols.

Key

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain front-end components using AngularJS

and modern Angular frameworks.

Support

migration efforts from AngularJS to newer Angular

versions.

Collaborate with backend developers,

QA teams, and business analysts to deliver seamless and secure user

experiences.

Ensure UI components meet

performance, accessibility, and security standards.

Participate in daily sync-ups and contribute to planning

and test strategy discussions.

Prepare

documentation and evidence for UAT and government

audits.

Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related

issues in a timely and secure

manner.

Required

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in UI / front-end

development.

Strong proficiency in AngularJS

(v1.5-1.8) and experience with Angular migration

projects.

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3,

JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Prior experience working on Singapore government projects

or in regulated environments.

Ability to work

in a secure, air-gapped environment

with no internet access.

Excellent

communication and problem-solving

skills.

Preferred

Qualifications :

Experience with performance optimization and

accessibility compliance.

Familiarity with

government security standards and development workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a

related field.
