Responsibilities
Ensure timely and precise payroll, allowances, and benefits distribution in accordance with organizational policies and local laws.
Manage the compensation and benefits budget to ensure appropriate allocation aligned with financial guidelines.
Conduct regular analytics and reporting to aid management in decision-making processes.
Oversee performance appraisal and reward programs, driving motivation and employee recognition.
Support the execution of employee recognition programs, awards, and career progression frameworks.
Prepare and submit compensation-related reports accurately and on time to relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee employee tax planning.
Administer procurement and management of staff welfare and benefit programs.
Promote HR policies and enhance employee understanding through effective consultation.
Conduct benchmarking studies and suggest policy improvements to enhance competitiveness.
Review HR and employee reimbursement claims for accuracy and compliance with policies.
Assist the General Manager and Heads of Departments with various ad hoc HR activities, reporting, and project initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in high-pressure environments.
