💰 Salary & Career Progression (G1–G10)

G1 – Trainee

  • Salary : S$2,700
  • Role : Customer service, cleaning, assistance (training period)

G2 – Junior

  • Salary : S$2,800
  • Role : Basic operations, assisting treatments

    • G3 – Staff

  • Salary : S$3,000–3,100
  • Role : Full treatment
  • Bonus : +S$100 upon 100 reviews (max S$3,100)

    • G4 – Semi-Senior

  • Salary : S$3,200
  • Role : Photo analysis, structural explanation, future improvement guidance

    • G5 – Senior

  • Salary : S$3,300–3,600
  • Role : Stable contracts, mentoring juniors
  • Bonus : +S$100 upon 100 reviews (max S$3,400)

    • G6 – Assistant Manager

  • Salary : S$3,800
  • Role : Team management, sales leadership

    • G7 – Manager

  • Salary : S$5,000–5,600
  • Role : Full store responsibility, scheduling, FC launch reviews

    • G8 – Area Manager

  • Salary : S$6,000–6,500
  • Role : Overseeing staff & franchisees, review quality control

    • G9 – Regional Manager

  • Salary : S$7,000–7,500
  • Role : Multi-store supervision, leadership training, new launches

    • G10 – Executive

  • Salary : S$8,000–11,500
  • Role : Company-wide leadership, expansion to 100 stores

    Evaluation is based on four pillars :

  • Value Delivery (40%) – Google reviews ★4.9+, retention, trust
  • Team Contribution (30%) – Supporting colleagues, achieving 100 reviews together
  • Professionalism (20%) – Attitude, cleanliness, communication, embodying philosophy
  • Product Mastery (10%) – PM Balance Seitai skills, proposals for improvement

    • 🎁 Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus

    We believe in “achieving together, rewarded together.”

    At fiscal year-end, up to 30% of net profit is shared :

  • 30% to employees
  • 30% to executives
  • 40% reinvested in growth
