Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company's products and components at customer locations.
- Perform periodic servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of client tool.
- Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
- Assist the sales team in securing service orders.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times. Able to work in confine space or work at height area in high risk environment.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Report non-conformances from customer site.
- Generation and documentation of reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met.
Requirement :
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC, Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or any equivalent.Min1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer support.Experience in delivering technical training to groups is a strong advantage.Hand on experience and knowledge on robotic calibration.Tell employers what skills you have
