Job descriptionManage end-to-end order processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from order receipt through to invoicing. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the region to ensure timely delivery of products, proactively identifying root causes of delays and implementing corrective actions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Monitor shipment progress and provided timely updates to customers on delivery status. Prepare and deliver weekly reports on key customer developments and business insights. Support the development and alignment of demand forecasts using market intelligence and historical data. Maintain and optimize inventory levels to support business goals while minimizing errors and omissions through effective inventory management. Ensure backorder and service level targets were consistently met, with clear communication of supply status. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain responsiveness. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial, logistics, and general inquiries, including issue escalation and resolution. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business operations. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Open to overseas travel (10%) per year Adaptable to a startup environment and committed to growing with the company
