About our client : Our client is a leading Construction and Civil Engineering company supporting the Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing Industry.
About the role :
- Support daily maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Assist in supervising contractors, verifying completed works, and closing CMMS work orders.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, testing, and maintenance with relevant vendors, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain as-built drawings, logbooks, and inspection records in accordance with COMPANY’s scope standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine checks, raise observations, and recommend improvement measures.
- Support permit-to-work applications, ensure safe work practices, and comply with site HSE protocols.
About you :
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E) maintenance and facility management.Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, including routine maintenance and repair.Experience in contractor supervision, CMMS work order management, and documentation control.Familiarity with statutory inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance requirements.Basic understanding of permit-to-work systems, site safety procedures, and HSE protocols.Good organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CMMS or other facility management software is preferred.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Employment Agency : Kingsforce Management Services Pte.
