Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or comparable field More than 3 years of operations experience in Linux Good communication skills, learning skills, problem analysis and solving skills. Have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit Proficiency in scripting skill programming such as Bash, Python, SQL Experience with worldwide online game live operations is a plus Experience in front-line technical operations teams (e.g., NOC) a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for deployment, change, issues triage and infra management of overseas games and relevant components and system, such as game monitor system, login services.
- Responsible for monitoring and dash-boarding for game observability, and ensure the game is reliable, scalable and secure
- Understand the game architecture, analyze, evaluate and respond to potential risks, such as : Hidden troubles , performance bottlenecks,
- Responsible for daily communication and coordination between various teams
