Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role :
We are looking for cheerful and service-oriented individuals to join our café team. If you enjoy working in a warm and welcoming environment and love pies, we’d love to meet you!
Main Duties :
- Greet customers and take orders at the counter or table
- Serve pies, beverages and other menu items promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and serving areas
- Handle cashiering duties using POS system
- Assist in basic preparation of food items (e.g. warming pies, plating)
- Top up utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
- Support restocking and inventory checks
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders
- Assist with closing procedures (cleaning, stock count, etc.)
- Support events or festive sales setups
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as a team to ensure smooth café operations and great customer experience
