My client is a global leader in technical textiles and protective clothing, currently expanding its footprint across Asia. With a newly established logistics hub in Singapore and active customers in APAC region, the company is focused on building strategic partnerships and optimising regional operations.
Job Description
- Serve as the main liaison for 15-20 key accounts, handling enquiries, complaints, quotations, and business proposals.
- Coordinate with European divisions and local stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, payment follow-ups, and sample / material requests.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and ensure stock flow and lead times are optimised.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for recurring customers, flag slow-moving items, and support replenishment planning.
- Support sales initiatives, including fairs and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and feedback.
- Negotiate terms with logistics providers ensuring accurate quotations and cost control.
- Travel up to 20% for customer visits and onboarding activities.
The Successful Applicant
About 3 years of experience with strong operational and customer support skills, with experience managing key accounts and handling quotations, complaints, and logistics coordination.Highly comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones.Effective liaison with both internal (ie. Factory, Supply Chain, Warehouse) and external (ie. distributors, partners) stakeholders; using various platforms (e.g. WeChat, Line, E-mail).Logistics and forecasting knowledge, with the ability to manage stock levels, optimise lead times, and support replenishment planning.What's on Offer
