Techno- Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Functional Support :

o Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

o Analyze and design for new enhancements and / or existing functionalities.

o Data mining and testing to ensure new enhancements and / or existing functionalities to meet business needs.

o Work with project leads, users and developers to improve processes and functionality.

o Assist with Java application development and troubleshooting after post-implementation.

o Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.

o Support client project leads and users with technical issues and work on improving system performance.

o Identify and fix technical issues related to Java / Cobol applications and SQL databases after post-implementation .

o Help analyze operational problems and suggest improvements.

o Work closely with both technical teams and business project leads / users to ensure smooth communication.

o Contribute to system improvements and process automation.

Qualifications :

Note : Open to non - cobol profiles but MUST willing to learn Cobol

Top 3 skills needed :

1. Strong and good communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams such as Client Project Leads and Users,

Good functional business analysis skills and attention to detail.

Good Knowledge of Java and Cobol Mainframe programming , including Experience with SQL databases and query writing.
