Key Responsibilities
Project Management
1. Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
2. Develop project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure successful project outcomes.
Business Analysis
1. Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
2. Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
3. Develop business cases, process maps, and requirements documents.
ServiceNow Expertise
1. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
2. Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
3. Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow solutions.
Stakeholder Management
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
2. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
3. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and manage expectations.
Required Skills
1. ServiceNow platform expertise (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
2. Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
3. Business analysis and requirements gathering
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience Level
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow project management and business analysis, with a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.
Certifications
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
