Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of mechanics in the workshop, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Provide hands-on support as a mechanic during manpower shortages to maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee the car park management system , including the administration of season parking for tenants and staff.
• Report daily workshop activities and operational updates to the Head of Maintenance and Workshop (HOD) .
• Act as the relief-in-charge during the HOD’s absence, ensuring all maintenance and workshop functions run efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, braking, electrical, and suspension systems .
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and system inspections .
• Communicate effectively with end users to understand issues, provide accurate assessments, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance .
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve workshop performance.
• Any others ad-hoc duties
