Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Handle processing of shipping documents and closely monitor shipment movement and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage and coordinate damaged shipment claims.
- Collaborate with Finance on supplier invoice matters.
- Coordinate with Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling activities.
- Ensure smooth implementation of new processes or portals related to shipments.
- Comply with cross-border shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade compliance standards.
- Prepare and update weekly / monthly reports in a timely manner.
Requirement :
