Assistant manager

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Supervise and guide staff on sales performance, product knowledge, and service standards
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product ordering
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Assist in visual merchandising, shop layout, and promotional activities
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with administrative tasks
• Support management in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
