Opportunity
Opportunity for a renowned Beverage Brand in the FMCG industry. This is a newly created role in Singapore to drive sales and distributor management. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with a strong background in FMCG and a passion for building high‐performing partnerships.
Mon - Fri : 9am to 6pm.
Work from home and travel for meetings with Distributor.
12‐Month contract (renewable).
Salary : up to $7k + transport allowance (subject to experience).
The Talent
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor or channel management within the FMCG sector (Brand Principal).
Proven track record in delivering top‐line and bottom‐line results.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High resilience, agility, and a growth mindset.
Job Description
Lead and manage distributor relationships to ensure alignment with brand and channel strategies.
Develop and implement annual business plans with distributors, aligned to company growth objectives.
Monitor distributor performance across volume, value, ROI, and market share targets.
Drive in‐market execution excellence, including visibility, availability, and activation at the point of purchase.
Identify capability gaps and lead training and development for distributor teams.
Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and category performance to inform strategy.
Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
