Roles & Responsibilities
You are a member of a vibrant team in the Logistics Department. The entire team ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the expectations from preparation to delivery.
This role also requires you to communicate and collaborate with different teams within the organization, namely the Customer Service, Production and Procurement teams.
You are someone who is positive, driven, and has good organization skills.
You are also careful and attentive to details.
Job Scope
- Receive and confirm Customers’ Orders
- Prepare customers’ orders and get them ready for dispatch
- Provide Order and Delivery Clarifications ( eg. Check status or change of Order information ) to our Customer Service Team
- Communicate with the Production Team to check on the status of the Orders
- Work closely with the Logistics Manager / Supervisor to manage the Order Fulfillment team ( Procurement and Production )
- Work closely with the Dispatch Team ( Delivery Drivers ) to get the items dispatched
Requirements
ITE / A-Level / Polytechic Level EducationAt least 1-2 years or relevant experience preferredAbility to work with minimal supervision and track multiple processesAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to respond quickly and creatively to problems and issuesAble to manage some physical carrying of hampers / baskets / bouquetsAble to work 5.5 days ( Off on one weekend-day + 0.5 day weekday )Possess a positive attitude and an open mind to learn new thingsStrong organizational skillsMeticulous and attentiveMUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN SINGAPOREAble to start IMMEDIATELY ( highly preferred )Benefits :
