Roles & Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for executing technical and business projects involving multiple stakeholders. The role includes developing analyses to support process optimization and project improvements. This position will manage and coordinate both business and technical initiatives through all phases — from initiation and development to implementation — following Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT projects end-to-end within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional, global teams and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Track milestones, budgets, and risks; implement effective mitigation plans.
- Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams for aligned project outcomes.
- Ensure regional alignment while adhering to enterprise and compliance standards.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills / Requirement
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in program delivery roles.Domain Expertise : Prior experience in insurance project delivery with strong business understanding of insurance and finance domains.Agile Expertise : Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, CI / CD). Experience managing global delivery across onshore / offshore models.Project Management : Skilled in project planning, financial control, milestone tracking, and delivery metrics. Strong focus on risk management, compliance, and security standards.Leadership & Communication : Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus in complex environments.Team Leadership : Proven experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Tools & Processes : Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.
