What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire junior to mid-level Singapore-qualified Associates to join our Funds & Investment Management Practice in our Singapore office.

The Rajah & Tann Funds & Investment Management Practice is regularly ranked as an industry-leading Tier 1 practice for private funds with an established track record in the private funds space helmed by leading private funds practitioners.

Requirements :

• Singapore qualified lawyer or trainees undergoing training to be called to the Singapore Bar.
• Some experience in funds and investment management preferred although not necessary.
• Possesses initiative, drive and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
