Job Description
- Day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and receiving of bar supplies
- Craft cocktails and beverages, ensuring top mixology standards
- Train, supervise, and support the bar team to maintain consistency and professionalism
- Collaborate with the Events and Ops team on seasonal menus and promotions
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards at all times
