Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and receiving of bar supplies
  • Craft cocktails and beverages, ensuring top mixology standards
  • Train, supervise, and support the bar team to maintain consistency and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the Events and Ops team on seasonal menus and promotions
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards at all times

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bar or F&B supervisory roles
  • Strong product knowledge in cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Experience in inventory management and controlling COGS
  • Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team player
