Job descriptionGreet and orientate visitors and patients at the lobby Assist with online check-in and self-help kiosks Support crowd control and monitor traffic flow Prevent tailgating and ensure safety at gantries Conduct basic cleanliness checks in waiting areas and toilets Attend to enquiries and feedback from the public Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Comfortable with patient and visitor interaction

5.5 Days Week (Monday to Saturday)

- Monday to Friday :
- 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
- Saturday
- 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM
