Monitoring and maintaining Interconnectivity Network infrastructure. Troubleshoot all network incidents and customer-reported service issues within agreed-upon SLAs. Perform Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Diagnosis, and Resolution within SLA's, OLA's, and KPI's. Provide regular updates to ticketing systems and progress incidents through to resolution. Liaise and escalate with external suppliers and internal departments to minimize network disruption and downtime. Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have proven working experience in Network / NOC. Proven track record working in a data center or cross connect experience is required for this role. Whats on offer
