Role
Overview : We're looking for an
energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive enrollment for
our WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) courses through active
outbound efforts, primarily at roadshows, events, and pop-up
booths.
This role is field-based and ideal for
someone who enjoys face-to-face engagement, thrives in fast-paced
environments, and has a passion for helping individuals access
career-advancing training
opportunities.
Key
Responsibilities :
Represent the company at roadshows, outreach events, and
public venues to promote WSQ courses
Approach
and engage potential learners, understand their upskilling needs,
and recommend suitable programs
Achieve
daily / weekly sign-up and outreach targets
Provide accurate course and funding information to
walk-in prospects
Collect and manage leads for
follow-up and conversion
Set up and maintain
event booths professionally and in line with brand
guidelines
Report on outreach activities and
provide feedback to improve
effectiveness
Requirements :
Prior experience in roadshows, telesales, or front-line
customer engagement is preferred
Confident
communicator who's comfortable approaching people in public
settings
Sales-driven mindset with the ability
to meet and exceed targets
Willingness to work
weekends or evenings during event periods
Basic understanding of WSQ or SkillsFuture course funding
is a bonus
