Job Description

  • Industry / Organization Type : Carpentry
  • Position Title : Carpenter
  • Working Location : North - Woodlands
  • Working Hours : 6 days / Monday – Saturday : 8.30am – 6pm
  • Salary Package : Gross Salary Up to SGD 4500 (Basic up to $3000 + OT)
  • Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and understand blueprints and drawings to follow project requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials as needed
  • Build and install items like doors, window frames, staircases, floors, walls, partitions, and furniture
  • Use hand tools and woodworking machines safely
  • Do repair and maintenance work when needed
  • Set up scaffolding and temporary structures for construction projects
  • Make sure all work meets safety and quality standards

  • Min. 1 year of experience working as a carpenter, either in construction or furniture making
  • Able to use carpentry tools and equipment, including both manual and power tools
  • Can read and follow technical diagrams and measurements
  • Able to work in warm or humid environments as needed
  • Comfortable working alone or with a team
  • Willing to work outside standard hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required
