Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling incoming emails, messages and calls.
• Promptly addressing enquiries from clients and providing product information.
• Support Sales Managers in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
• Entering new orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
• Updating customer and project information in the database.
• Basic book keeping and updating of job references and production information.
• Preparation of project documentations (Site Clearance, Name List, PTW, Risk Assessment etc)
