Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard and within budget.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, including labourers, tradespeople and contractors;
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues;
• Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards;
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met;
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including incident reports and safety audits.

Requirements :

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
• Proven experience in site supervision or a related role, preferably in the construction industry;
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety protocols;
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as required.
