Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Client Services Associate to join their Strategic Talent Engagement team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with experienced professionals who can contribute valuable industry insights to ongoing business projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Understand Client Needs & Collaboration Objectives

  • Partner with internal teams to understand key project goals and the type of external support required.
  • Help define the attributes of suitable contributors based on general industry exposure, role functions, and relevant experience.

Strategic Outreach & Engagement

  • Research and identify potential contributors through various online platforms, directories, and proprietary databases.
  • Initiate conversations across multiple communication channels to assess interest and alignment.
  • Pre-screen candidates and present qualified individuals to relevant internal teams.
  • Coordinate availability and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Qualifications

    Background

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, client service, or related areas
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
  • Additional language skills are a plus
