As an Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our advanced manufacturing equipment and processes. Your responsibilities will include :
- Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor assembly / test equipment to achieve optimal performance
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment efficiency, yield, and cost effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process Engineering, Manufacturing, QA) to support production goals
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and monitor equipment health using data analytics
- Evaluate new equipment and technologies for process enhancement and capacity expansion
- Document procedures, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
