Healing Hands Chiropractic is a leading chiropractic and wellness clinic in Singapore, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through evidence-based chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness services. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Clinic Associate to join us in providing top-quality care to our clients.

About the Role :

As a Clinic Associate , you will be the heart of our patient experience, ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering top-notch customer service. Your role includes :

• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach
• Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments efficiently
• Managing patient flow and handling multiple tasks with ease
• Checking in and out patients using cloud-based software
• Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care
• Assisting doctors in daily clinic operations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Working around 44 hours per week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off)
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as needed

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

✅ Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)

✅ 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

✅ Computer literacy is a must

✅ At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position .

✅ Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
