Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Database Developer to join our team to design, develop, and maintain Oracle database systems that support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in PL / SQL , performance tuning, and experience working in enterprise environments.

Working Hours : Mon-Fri
Working Location : Jurong West
Job Type : 1 year contract
Salary Package : SGD6,500 x 12 months

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain PL / SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers .

Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to support enterprise systems .

Perform data modeling , impact analysis, and data migration tasks as needed.

Ensure database solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Participate in performance tuning , code reviews , and troubleshooting efforts.

Maintain and document database objects and processes.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Oracle database development .

Strong command of PL / SQL and SQL query optimization.

Familiarity with enterprise application architectures and data integration patterns.

Understanding of database design , indexing, and normalization principles.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Oracle Forms / Reports , Oracle APEX , or ETL tools .

Familiarity with Agile methodologies , DevOps pipelines , or CI / CD practices .

Knowledge of data warehousing , BI tools , or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
