Achieve

sales and other key business targets.

Demonstrate professional high-quality service.

Understand clients' needs and provide professional skin-care

counselling to clients.

Be familiar with the

products and services and make recommendations based on the

client's needs (training will be provided).

Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with

clients to ensure retention and referrals.

Handle customer's feedback.

Other ad-hoc

duties assigned.

You should

have :

Minimum (GCE) Ordinary

Level or equivalent

Strong aptitude in

promotional techniques - without hard selling

Result driven and service oriented.

Ability to

work independently as well as being a team

player

Excellent interpersonal and

communication skills are essential

Able to

handle service & sales orientated

environment

Able to work confidently and

pro-actively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate who has beauty / spa certificate will be an

advantage.

Able to communicate effectively

with clients regarding their queries and

concerns
