š° Salary : Up to SGD $6,000 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
š§ Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager (Retail Leasing) , you will collaborate closely with senior management and the leasing team to develop and implement leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and enhance the overall performance of the mall. This position requires strong leadership, market insight, and a proactive approach to tenant relations and lease negotiations.
š Key Responsibilities
- Work with GM / DGM and Leasing team to strategize and execute trade mix plans.
- Optimize occupancy, rental income, and financial KPIs for the mall.
- Plan and implement effective leasing strategies, including tenant mix and positioning.
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and manage documentation and administration.
- Identify and secure new leasing concepts aligned with mallās positioning.
- Monitor lease terms and ensure compliance with leasing SOPs.
- Conduct market research and share insights on retail industry trends.
- Perform feasibility studies and propose reconfiguration plans to maximize space value.
- Prepare budgets, business plans, and key leasing reports (Tenancy Schedules, Management Reports).
- Guide and mentor leasing executives; foster team collaboration across departments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants through consistent engagement.
- Ensure all leasing activities and documentation meet internal policy and regulatory standards.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related fields.At least 5 years of relevant leasing experience , preferably in the retail or mall sector.Valid CEA Real Estate Salesperson Licence is mandatory.Strong knowledge of the Singapore retail / leasing landscape and market trends.Proven ability in lease negotiation, budgeting, and space planning.Tell employers what skills you have
