Job Description

Position Purpose

As a Lecturer you will be expected to prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops, and to assess students in the relevant discipline. This includes developing and supporting academic programs and working with the academic team at Curtin Singapore and Curtin Australia in the development of program change and innovation. The Lecturer / Senior Lecturer position is also expected to mentor and counsel students on academic matters and may also supervise honors, masters and PhD students.

A contribution to the School’s research output and impact is required. You will assume administrative tasks associated with normal teaching duties and will also contribute to School management and administration generally. You will be expected to participate in activities that foster and build further on existing links with government, industry, communities, and professions in Singapore and internationally.

The Lecturer / Senior Lecturer position will be within the School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The School delivers high quality personalised education and fosters a strong research culture that includes international collaboration, competitive grants, and high-quality publications.

Location

This position is located at Curtin Singapore, however the incumbent must be willing to travel to Curtin Australia when required.
