Data Center Facility Engineer (Ref 101)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Good knowledge of data centre facility operations tasks and duties
• Monitor and maintain critical data centre infrastructure, including power distribution systems (UPS, generators), HVAC systems, fire suppression systems and structured cabling systems.
• Manage DC / Building landlord ensuring preventive maintenance on data centre infrastructure and systems are performed promptly.
• Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Support off-office hours activities, including responding to emergency alarms, performing on-call duties, and coordinating with vendors for emergency repairs.
