Roles & Responsibilities
To lead the Development team and should have strong engagement management skills, including the ability to drive analytical rigor in decision making, possess deep technical insights and with that can speak in both business and technical terms Resource should be understanding of including all project activities to agreed quality, time and budget specifications.
The role will also be responsible for managing end to end delivery across the environments.
Responsibilities :
- Manage software development team delivering both tactical and strategic level software projects
- Provide technical leadership with hands on responsibilities
- Great communication skills to collaborate with clients, Executive management and engineers
- Conduct code review, code merge, code standards
- Design the technical architecture and have full ownership of it
Qualifications & Experience :
8+ years in the IT industry, Software product company, Commercial software company experience is highly preferredProficient in Front End development using Angular v17Proficient in C# and Design Patterns such as Behavioral, Structural, Creational and CQRSShould have experience in RestAPI development using ASP.Net Core WebAPIDevelopment experience with .net Core (mandatory)Excellent OOPS knowledgeExperience in source code control GitLabProficient with SQL Server 2008, TSQL, LINQ, ADO.NET, Any ORM framework knowledgeTell employers what skills you have
