  • Formulate and

implement the company's China sales strategy to achieve sales

targets and key performance indicators.

  • Expand
  • and develop sales channels and partnerships in the Chinese market,

    with a focus on strategic regions and key

    clients.

  • Lead client communications and
  • negotiations, ensuring customer needs are addressed and sales deals

    are successfully closed.

  • Monitor market trends
  • and competitor dynamics, and adjust sales strategies to remain

    competitive.

  • Drive cross-functional
  • collaboration with product development and after-sales teams to

    achieve sales objectives and enhance customer

    satisfaction.

  • Develop sales budgets, allocate
  • resources effectively, and manage sales costs to optimize

    profitability.

  • Provide regular reports on
  • sales performance and market insights to the executive team,

    offering recommendations for continuous improvement and long-term

    planning.

    Job

    Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of
  • sales experience, including at least 3 years managing the Chinese

    market.

  • Proven track record in expanding
  • overseas markets and successfully developing the China

    market.

  • Strong communication skills, both
  • written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for daily

    interaction with Chinese clients and preparing reports in

    Chinese.

  • Excellent leadership and team
  • management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide the

    sales team toward performance goals.

  • Strong
  • business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to

    anticipate and respond to market shifts and customer

    demands.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and
  • negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain

    long-term client and partner relationships.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of

    independent thinking and quick decision-making under

    pressure.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and
  • team-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in

    a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
