Our client

is a rapidly growing company in Real Estate development,

investment. The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the

global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join

their growing

business.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee the company's financial and management reporting

functions.

monthly reporting for approximately 60 entities (including

subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates) across Singapore,

Malaysia, China, and Vietnam.

consolidated financial reports, budgets, and

forecasts.

financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash

flow projections, and accounts receivable collection

updates.

in accordance with statutory requirements.

Work closely with Department Heads to develop annual budgets and

quarterly forecasts.

insights and advice to support business

decision-making.

audits, as well as statutory compliance

matters.

REQUIREMENTS :

Degree in Accountancy, or professional qualification such as CPA,

ACCA, or CA.

including at least 4 years in group consolidation (covering

intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint

ventures).

with the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.

analytical thinking, and a proactive, independent work

style.
