Retail Sales

Duties :

Welcoming

customers to the store and answering their queries with a

positive attitude. Sell smartphones, gadgets,

and accessories at outlets

Deliver excellent customer service & product

knowledge

• Drive sales

through in-store promotions and

upselling

• Assist with

inventory, display, and stock management

Mobile Technician

Duties :
• Welcoming

diagnostics and repairs (e.g. screen, battery, speaker

replacements)

• Ensure repair

quality and maintain proper

documentation

• Advise

customers on repair options and service

timelines

• Maintain tools,

parts, and a clean workspace

Who We're Looking

For :

• Experience in retail

sales and / or mobile repair

preferred

• Good

communication skills

• Enjoys

interacting with people and solving

problems

• Basic technical

skills in mobile phone servicing (training

provided)

• Willing to rotate

across various outlets in

Singapore

• Reliable,

hands-on, and tech-passionate
