Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customer on semiconductor testing. Maintain customer satisfaction so as to maintain or become the preferred tester platform

Job Responsibilities :

• Project delivery and support of Test Program / Test Library creation, conversion or consultation as required by Customer
• Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects
• Post sales consulting and support including test methodology enhancements and modifications, test hardware / software feature recommendations and audit
• Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time and yield discrepancy etc
• Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill-up for Customer
