Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out modelling and shop drawings as instructed and finish in a timely manner
• Support project team with design engineering works
• Ensure all drawings are incompliant with project specifications & requirements.
• Responsible for all preparation drawings, coordination of drawings, technical drawings / detailing, and documentations
• Making presentations with BIM related software as required by the project team
• Clarify and raise RFI for any discrepancies. Coordinate / communicate with internal and external teams members & consultants.
• Use of BIM / CAD to do Shop drawings / Construction drawings / As Build drawings documentations.
• Check subcontractor system drawings CAD / Models and submissions prior to coordination.
• Liaise with internal project members, subcontractors, clients and consultants to issue Coordinated drawings for approval / construction
• Ensure that clashes highlighted are resolved or concluded, if not continuous monitoring for resolutions to be provided by the project team.
• Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.
• Manage the process of coordination, Exchange of data, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders
