Position Overview

As an Investment Funds Services Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client relationships, focusing on our suite of Investment Funds Services products in Singapore and the region, serving clients in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Fund Platforms, and Banking sectors. Your goal is to enhance service quality, drive revenue growth, and develop your industry contacts. You will be a vital member of a regional team, contributing significantly to Deutsche Börse Group's overall strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client relationships in the region.
  • Resolve contractual, commercial, or operational issues to satisfaction.
  • Prepare and implement documentation complying with internal standards, including KYC, credit facilities, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver client visits and presentations.
  • Convert prospects into satisfied clients efficiently.
  • Promote fund products to maximize coverage and client engagement.
  • Create account plans for clients, positioning our value proposition as a market leader.
  • Understand clients’ business situations.
  • Support regional sales leadership and team efforts to grow the funds business in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Represent Deutsche Börse at external events and industry forums.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Organize regional client events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in finance or asset management, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing large, strategic client relationships.
  • Knowledge of banking products and fund industry processes.
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and curious mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages are advantageous.
  • Singapore CMFAS certifications (Modules 1B and 6A) preferred.
