About this Role

ONE’s Corporate Development team is responsible for a wide spectrum of activities within the group including fundraising, investor management and business development, M&A and other strategic priorities e.g. government relations, new revenue opportunities.

We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as Manager / Senior Manager. The role will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting, board meetings and investor presentations
• Take ownership of collaterals such as investor decks, pitchbooks and update such materials in a timely manner
• Keep abreast of developments in capital markets especially in the TMT space and activities of our competitors and comp set
• Research and make recommendations related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive dynamics, new business lines, business performance measurement and business process improvement
• Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid key strategic and operational decisions
