- Lead after-sales activities, collaborating closely with clients, customers, vendors, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the commercial operations of the Service Support Group to ensure seamless business transactions.
- Support service executives in day-to-day activities essential for maintaining smooth business operations, including quote preparation, purchase order processing, and technical & commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with clients and OEMs for communications, troubleshooting, and technical discussions as needed.
- Lead and facilitate technical discussions related to troubleshooting, STA activities, and other client / vendor matters.
- Maintain comprehensive technical records, maintenance histories, and spare parts inventories for each client.
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for projects as required.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan, develop, and execute projects efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Engage with international and regional partners to review requirements, negotiate pricing, and establish sales terms and conditions.
- Conduct site visits as needed for shutdowns, technical discussions, or project support.

Responsible for driving business promotions, including preparing promotional programs, developing marketing materials, and visiting clients to enhance business opportunities.Lead business development activities such as organizing sales calls, preparing service menus, engaging with clients, and following up on opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to develop new business initiatives, service offerings, and obtain necessary approvals.Support commercial activities for after-sales and project operations, including bill collection, invoicing, contract negotiation, preparation of commercial proposals, taxation and insurance matters, and legal terms and conditions.Assist in preparing monthly reports for management on the Technical Service Business Unit.Contribute to knowledge development and provide training on various technical aspects to team members.Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in a relevant engineering or technical fieldQualification – Mechanical engineeringMinimum 12-18 years of overall experience.Having 8-10 years of experience in chemical plant, maintenance workMinimum 5 year in design related to rotary equipmentExperience in commercial aspect of After Sales Service Support.Experience in project management will be good to have.General understanding for maintenance activities especially on rotary equipment such as spare management, shutdown planning, trouble shooting, design and vendor coordination etc.Good knowhow on reliability centered maintenance, shutdown planning, trouble shooting tools etc.Fair knowledge on chemical plants and its construction.HOW TO APPLY :
