Job description
To deliver exceptional on-site after-sales support for mobile & crawler crane. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design.
- Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports.
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations (e.g., MOM standards) and industry best practices.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes .Good communication skills in English; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.Valid Singapore Class 3 / Class 4 driving license and ability to work autonomously.Tell employers what skills you have
