Procurement Engineer

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop new suppliers of fabrication and structure for semiconductor or automation equipment. (Example, precision machining parts, enclosure, sheet-metal, structure)

Assess existing suppliers' performance, capacity and capability and map out a re-alignment strategy to meet current and future growth requirement.

Develop cost reduction programs of existing and new suppliers on a periodic basis.

Share experience and expertise to build up the strength and competency of colleagues.
