Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management for Singapore data centers, ensuring compliance with local EHS regulations and international standards.
• Manage real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and protect personnel and infrastructure.
• Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments for data center facilities, identify key hazards, and develop risk control measures, driving continuous improvement of the EHS management system.
• Design, create, and maintain EHS process documentation to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the EHS management system.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to embed EHS requirements into daily operations, promoting a safety culture through targeted training, awareness programs, and feedback mechanisms.
