Minimum Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline, preferred candidates with Marine Technical background
Only for Singapore Citizen / PR holder
1-2 years of experience.
Good interpersonal skills, business communication skill, fluency in English.
Experience in CRM, ERP, MS Office software packages is added advantange.
Energetic person, able to switch between task effectively, completing tasks within deadline.
Role :
Coordinating operations of Marine Service team from Enquiry to Payment collection
Handling customer and supplier mails and responding to them, consultation with the person responsible for the customer / supplier when required.
Register enquiries in CRM and update CRM with all relevant data related to the Sales opportunities and Service cases
Prepare quote to meet customer requirement and submit to the customer in consulation with the person responsible
Create Sales Order / Service Job in ERP as required after review of customer order and escalating any variance of order from our offer to the person concerned and obtaining their feedback.
Generate required purchase orders against Sales orders / Job or for Stock / Asset requirement.
Coordinate as required with supply chain for the Purchase Orders
Meet the customer expectation in delivery comitment, of equipment, spare or service, with timely processing and follow up of client orders with suppliers, ship agents, supply chain, accounts team, sales and service team and customer as required.
Update CRM and ERP with relevant Service reports, Delivery Notes and Capture of Costs associated with the Sale / Service.
Ensure correctness of Invoice and timely dispatch of Invoice to customer for Sales orders and Service Jobs within stipulated days
Follow up with Customer for timely receipt of payments
Ensure all process' outlined in the QHSE manual is followed when handling all above jobs
